Sally has gone above and beyond her role to support a dwindling dermatology department to allow it to reach new heights. Between 2018 to 2020, our department lost the support of four substantive consultants, in the wake of this shock, Sally was hugely involved in stabilising the service and enthusing her other nursing colleagues to take on wider roles. Her dedication to maintaining dermatology services for patients has been motivating for the whole department. Her patients are always complimentary and appreciate her care.
